Time 2 bounce back.
Oh my gosh could the past week and a half just be the worst weeks on me and my diet. Had some life changing experiences and it's affecting me big time. I just recently left some people that I cared a lot about and it hurts like heck to leave. I had no other choice but to remove myself from surroundings especially because I know nothing will ever change.
The past week in a half I haven't done anything to help me with goals to lose weight.. I've been eating and haven't even thought much about the gym lately ive just been in depression mode... Which is no bueno!!!
Now it's time to bounce back and get back on track... I will see no results just sitting around.... I'm doing this for me Now... Don't need anymore drama.....it's time I finally take care of myself instead of taking care of everyone else. Just wish things were different but I can't change anyone I can only change myself ;)
