Texas

Well one day I was reading the new era and came across this poster art. I finally re-read the talk that was given last General Conference in October 2014 by Elder Carlos A. Godoy and It really hit me. After reading this part in his talk

"I know that the Lord has a plan for us in this life. He knows us. He knows what is best for us. Just because things are going well does not mean that we should not from time to time consider whether there might be something better. If we continue to live as we are living, will the promised blessings be fulfilled?"

As many of you know Mosi and I decided to move to Washington. It was so nice and fun to be near family we were getting comfortable in our ward and of course everything was going well. Well for some reason I kept feeling like Washington isn't the place  we needed to be. I shouldn't for any reason feel this way especially since we were near my family I had everything I ever wanted. Anyways for some strange reason we talked about places we would consider moving too and Texas came in the mix. Right when we talked about it we felt good about it and just like that we decided we were moving to TEXAS.

So we planned for the end May and started applying for jobs. I haven't been working for the past 2 months and I was enjoying it but I was like okay it's time to go back to work lol. So I applied for all the jobs I would want. I heard back from American Airlines and went through their hiring process. Had a phone interview and was invited to come take the assessment (I had to learn 400+ codes within a week for this assessment and had to pass it to go on with interview process yeah hecka stress!! ) but of course my always supportive parents payed me a full fare ticket. I took the assessment and passed (thank goodness that would've been a waste of money lol) went on to interview and was offered the job that same day. So today is officially my 4th day and Texas and I can't believe I'm starting work next week. So basically I'm not going back to Washington for awhile. This is happening super fast I'm just going with the flow.

I am uber excited, nervous and grateful for my support team (my husband,my parents my siblings and esp my little cheerleaders my niece and nephew) and last but not least my Heavenly Father.

Everything seems to be falling into place. I didn't think everything would go this smoothly but to me it feels like Heavenly Father wants us to be here. My husband is still working and getting things ready before he moves down. But seriously this talk /quote was in my head all day
"Just because things are going well doesn't mean we should not from time to time consider whether there could be something better."

With that being said... I am excited to embark on this new adventure with my husband in the dirty south!!... Yeeeeehaw!!
