Fighting Temptation*** biggest loser***
Ok so my first day was good it wasn't bad as I thought it would be... Didn't eat any carbs and drank only water... Just sucked cause I ate 3 oreo cookies.... Today is day 2 it went well but I didn't make it to the gym.... I seriously am gonna shoot to accomplish everything tomorrow and I am planning to go to the gym in the morning with my partner moto.. For kickboxing then I'm gonna work out then go to work... I'm just happy I'm eating healthier then usual and that I'm planning my meals more. I feel better and I'm trying to move around more but I need something to push me to get my workout on....maybe blow up a huge pix of myself when I was smaller maybe it will motivate me to get my butt to work lol...I need to find something that I enjoy doing that makes move around... Hope I find what fits me I need to get to work....making them small changes... But I know I need to push myself harder... I know I can do it.... Just need to stay positive....k gotta hit the sheets for morning gym session!
